This is the one time I'll say ORD, and I'll tell you why: tomorrow Chicago is expected to get 3-5 inches. It'll be cleared up by Saturday/Sunday. It's very rare that big snow storms happen within days of each other.

I'd say NYE/NYD will be problem-free.
