Yes, several times at the gold window....PHX-LAS/LAS-PHX come to mind immediately, as does an ABQ-PHX flight. When I called, they'd say they're holding them back for F sales. When I do olci, I'll sometimes get it offered, then of course the real check-in, and the elusive gate dance (got that once). Never got the battlefield upgrade yet tho....
