What your basically saying is the soft product isn't up to scratch (eg. service). The seat, IFE etc. & all that the hype is based upon is up to scratch then?
They are still a young airline & going to experience teething problems. I'm a bit miffed with coach (sorry...'main cabin') passengers using F lavs but that can easily be rectified. A snazzy curtain & an authoritive FA should do the trick. I'm sure lounges are in the pipeline & priority baggage is something worth writing about. I wouldn't completely discount them forever, but I'd email them, explain what you thought & await a response & chase them up until their response is satisfactory.
To me, it seems miles ahead of your bog standard F class...remember as well, some people would kill for a $500 VX voucher.
