Just playing around: This routing is all B-class or better to Hawai'i, for those trying to avoid Y over the Pacific.

JFK-KOA is really JFK-SFO-KOA. Ticket is US, metal is United. SFO-KOA shows First Class, whereas the ORD-HNL showed Coach. However, this may yet prove to be an issue of different codes meaning different things to different airlines.
