The folks in India try hard, but often understanding them is extremely difficult. But the Hawaiians are so very nice, they try so very hard to please, and you can understand them!!!
I wish I always had that experience. Out of the UA call centers I think HNL is the best, but still, I get quite a bit of 'tude there every once in a while. I would rather have a "how much would you pay for an AA EXP agent helping you with your UA needs."
