Operative word: luck.
The impact of this has just started and already there are several threads here about people unable to get SkyChoice. They and thousands of others will be more SkySaver prone.
And with the demolition of SkyChoice, guess what that is going to do to SkySaver availability? Crush it. Why? Supply and demand. The demand for ticket redemption will hold apace, perhaps even increase as people try to burn through their SkyMiles to get out of the program ASAP. With less SkyChoice supply, that demand is going to shift to SkySaver.
Anyway, the point of this thread is not SkyChoice = SkyNever. The point is to evaluate and "report card" the postings. And as I noted, they are PR spin, not entirely forthcoming and somewhat (heh) one-sided.
