Amex Platinum is exactly that. Amex Plat Fidelity is a different product that doesn't offer the same benefits. AmEx Plat gets you into DL, AA, and CO lounges free of charge + companion tickets domestically + other stuff I don't use. Fidelity doesn't get you into the lounges.
