Remember, ICC agents are more likely than not university graduates with VERY good English. They are also polite - a cultural thing, I guess.

Not sure which ICC you've had the pleasure of speaking with; but most experiences here have been less than stellar to say the least. Even as a 1K this year there were several times when I had the displeasure of reaching the ICC only to follow the FT old "adage" of hang up and try again
