My grade would be a B.

I am disappointed with the devaluation of Skymiles as an award currency (which I attribute more to overly-aggressive miles issuance through American Express and other partners), but I find Medallion status to work very well for me (my #1 priority is sitting up front as much as possible). From that perspective, it's a better program than CO or AA (the primary alternatives in NYC).

I have found the online posts to at least be a decent effort at communicating changes about which we previously would have been in the dark.
