Are you so "young and hip" that you can't see ahead to a time when you might have a family and need to plan ahead, or want to have the ability to take someone with you on a business trip, or have a family emergency where you or someone else needs to move from point A to point B quickly and with little cost?

I agree. I'm in my early 30's, somewhat hip, and the changes Delta has made are horrid. 331 day window, SkyNever, etc. I'm seriously considering taking my PM business to CO and forget Delta. I was loyal, but they've screwed over customers WAY too much. I don't believe much of what Jeff says and his posts are as bad as PR BS. So for me, DL has LOST credibility by having Jeff post BS.
