I've added some information and have a question about one.

Lounge access is not guaranteed outside N.A.

Comparing HH dia with SPG plat:

HH: Lounge access or free breakfast
SPG: Guaranteed lounge access

HH: Exec. room UG
SPG: Select Standard Suite UG, if available

HH: Late check-out not guaranteed
SPG: 4pm check out guaranteed, unless a resort or conference center or times of high occupancy (ie. the property could be hosting a conference and thus the benefit is subject to availability)

HH: No standard walk policy for dia
SPG: Defined walk policy for plat and gold
