ML+ is a great card. If you only need access to AA or DL lounges, ML+2 is a good opportunity. However if you need frequent lounge access to other lounges with guests, Chaiman or AMEX Plat may be more cost effective.





Sometimes an annual fee is a good thing if the benefits are worth it: AMEX Platinum - FHR+Lounges, AMEX DL Platinum - Up to 20k qualifying miles, Marriott Rewards Premier Visa - One free night, etc.





If you use the benefits, the fee is probably worth it.

AmEx Platinum - Fidelity $320 per year incl. AAA like benefit and AA lounge access

Marriott Premier Visa Signature - 15 nights toward status plus 1 free night


Citi Pro - 15k pts free + primary rental insurance
