Budget and Alamo lists Charger as a Full / Standard size vehicle. I dont' know why it would be listed as Premium. Just because it looks nice, it doesn't mean anything. Azera on the other hand has excellent safety ratings by the insurance association and gets better mileage, and not to mention better accessories for your enjoyment.

As a supplier of DCX parts, I know what goes into these Dodge vehicles. Did I mention 2007's 10 worst vehicles, 5 of them were listed as Dodge/Chrysler.
We are losing jobs here in the US, but quality does not par with Asian auto makers. DCX needs to make better quality cars. Lifetime warranty just don't cut it.
