I had my first experience w/the 1K line on the 23rd. Very, very happy. Extremely pleasant lady who was quite helpful. I was scheduled to fly out later that day, but high winds were delaying flights more and more as the day wore on. I did not want to be sitting at any ariport for hours, so I called 1K and had my itin changed to the following day. Even better was this allowed me to stay an extra day w/my SO.
