Nope. it's definitely a hinderence. How's a year and a half to get a handle for a Platinum 22". Mail them a bag and they claimed they never received it. I looked up who signed for it on the Fedex website and the person said, "Oh we get so many bags back for repair that we can't keep track of them." That's nearly a direct quote. The person signed for it 2 or 3 weeks earlier! And I could go on and on. Travelpro is a waste of money. You might as well get some brown paper bags from the supermarket.
