Absolutely agree, Ralf's contribution to the community helped a lot of people earn a lot of miles,
but it was a genuine promo, not a mistake and not a loophole, it was a promo that created quite a bit of revenue for KLM and hopefully a lot of new customers for the future. I can't ever imagine anyone at KLM HQ being angry that it got posted, probably quite the opposite.
