That is perhaps the most laughable complaint I've yet to see on FT... and there are some pretty impressive complainers on here.

Oh wait, there is no charge. They only charged you to get from A to B. Delta does not advertise any particular flight having AVOD, so the fact that your flight had mostly-working video on demand was a pure bonus to the transportation you purchased. Sorry, I'm being a partial smartass and I agree that it's frustrating when IFE doesn't work or only partially works, and it's frustrating when the plane you *hoped* would be ex-Song gets swapped for a regular 757, but you are due absolutely zero dollars and zero miles in compensation for this, because that's how much you paid for the IFE.
