Really? That would mean that you can only get a discounted business fare ex SA? That would surprise me, but I guess its possible. Discounted business fares are quite well known and it would surely hurt SA if they did not offer these at all.
Z fares ex CPT are generally quite easy to get, as long as you don't try the LHR/CPT leg on 14 December (I tried to book this in early November and ended up having to pay "C").
