I had the same experience with PH Chicago, when I stayed there this past July. I really don't expect everyone to always greet someone when they pass each other, but there was something.. off about the housekeeping staff there. They gave me weird vibes, so much so that after the second time asking them to send something to the room (which it should have only been once, but they forgot thigns the first time), I would have my roommate go answer the door because they creeped me out. Maybe I'm just weird.
