Service wasn't anywhere near regular BF service. I don't recall being upgraded during "meal times" so I can't comment on the food service.

The flight is also around 2 hours, and sometimes a bit less.

Note that there is no Marriott on-site. The only non-disney owned hotel on site are SPG hotels. The others (Hilton, etc) are on Hotel Plaza Boulevard and are not considered on-site for resort benefit purposes.
As far as paying for FC EWR-MCO, since the OP is purchasing in £ the fare must be quite a bargain, given the current exchange rate.

Also, the Marriott he was referring to was the Newark Airport Marriott where he and his family must spend the night before continuing to MCO on CO.
