That being said, I don't think you're being fair. "The idiots at United," "United screwing me" and "the scrooge gets you." Sorry, but this was mishandled by a few people, and ultimately happens once in a while at any US airline. I certainly wouldn't categorize a whole company by it.
Every single employee of the company is its representative and it won't get any better with United until both UAUA Corp. and everyone who gets their paychecks from UA gets it.
