First of all, sorry to hear about your experiences, it definitely wasn't handled well and I think you should write UA about it, without the emotion.
That being said, I don't think you're being fair. "The idiots at United," "United screwing me" and "the scrooge gets you." Sorry, but this was mishandled by a few people, and ultimately happens once in a while at any US airline. I certainly wouldn't categorize a whole company by it.
