From what I was told a few years ago you can book YOW-originating KLM tickets for the same price as the flight from YUL - in other words, the bus ride is free. I haven't been able to verify this because you can't book the YOW shuttle at all from Europe for some strange reason - the times I have used it I have always paid the driver, and the fare was all of CAD 15 one-way, which is cheaper than the train (and much less messing-around!)
