No experience with the KLM bus.....

..... but I can tell you that the YUL Airport Rail station is virtually within walking distance of the YUL terminal- a free shuttle bus loops through every 15 min. or so. You may find it cheaper to just pay your own VIA rail ticket and originate the KLM ticket from YUL.
