STANDARD RULES AND RESTRICTIONS FOR TICKETS PURCHASED ON HAWAIIANAIR.COM FOR TRAVEL BETWEEN CONTINENTAL U.S.A & HAWAII AND SOUTH PACIFIC & HAWAII:
- Special fares only available on HawaiianAir.com.
- Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights.
- Fares cannot be applied to tickets already purchased
- All advertised fares and prices on HawaiianAir.com are displayed in US Dollars
unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Confirmed reservations only, no open tickets allowed.
- Regular upgrade procedures for revenue tickets will apply.
- Fares may not be combined with, applied to, or used in conjunction with any other
published fares, discounts, promotional offers or tour packages.
- Flights booked in H, K, and O class of service DO NOT qualify for other airline frequent
flyer miles.

- If date/flight change results in the original booking class being available - fee of
$125USD will apply.
- If date/flight change results in original booking class not being available the
change is to be made in Y class - fee of $175USD will apply.
- Changes to Origin/Destination and or Intermediate Stopping Point in Same booking
class made on same day - fee of $125.00USD will apply.
