The reply from the agent was "his supervisor told him to say I cancelled the reservation at 2pm today." This contradicts the initial story and also I was on the phone at 2.05pm so it is highly unlikely two FC seats would be sold in the 5 minute period.
It looks to me like Someone decided the Full fare revenue was worth bumping me.
Does anyone know who "Enterprise services are?"
What recourse do I have?
Anyone know if any contacts at USAirways that could help?

I would get back on the phone, maybe someone with a similar name canceled and it was mistaken for your reservation.
