Last year, same period, they had closed the regency club due to lack of staff. It was being reopened past Christmas when they were hosting one of the Holiday Bowl teams.

The hotel has some rooms with stellar views over the water. If you don't like what you get in the first room assigned, ask for another. They are likely wide open pre Christmas.

Warning: The A staff was all off pre Christmas last year. I swear I was down to the C team checking me in and out. It was not a great experience.
