I'm not sure how much the Zlaty Strom charges these days- I've stayed at the suite for less than €150 per night, but that was 3 years ago and the crown's been going up rather steadily (I think it was around 33-34 to the Euro; it's more like 26 now). Edit: Just checked; €95 for a double, €160 for the suite.
In any event, €104 sounds on the high side to me (for PRG in the low season).
Last night I stayed at the Eurostars David for €62 including breakfast. Very nice hotel, but I am jinxed and I managed to get not one but TWO rooms where the temperature control wasn't managing to get the temp any higher than 18C. The receptionist was dumbfounded and had never come across such a problem before!
I am not superstitious, but after coming back home to find the boiler dead as a dodo, I am thinking that the problem is with me rather than the hotel!
