Cool. Sounds like you handled the situation very well and things turned out great.

Note that the OP title the thread "Do you have a right to a boarding pass reprint ..." Technically, no you don't. However, if you ask nicely and don't seem like the world needs to halt while you race to your gate, many agents will help you out.
