I had tickets on a SEA-ORD red-eye around XMAS, where both a 757 and Airbus left a minute apart. With the schedule change, those flights turned into 1 A319. Since I paid a low fare, they rebooked me SEA-PDX-ORD redeye. Called, since that was unacceptable and they put me on the SEA-IAD redeye (was originally scheduled into BWI). I guess they needed me off the plane so bad that they offered any IAD-SEA nonstop back as well. Not bad for $176.

I feel like I was involuntarily bumped 2 months in advance but I guess it was really a schedule change/equipment change and should be lucky I got a nonstop out of it.
