We actually had the local Eagle folks call US at the house and ask us whether we'd could volunteer--of course they know that we're about as flexible as a rope when it comes to modifying flight plans for a few vouchers.

In many respects it totally sucks to always have to fly out of one of those little airports and route through DFW, but in other ways, we LOVE our airport because of the local crew. They know us by name, they're already looking forward to their X-mas cookies, and they work with us whenever it is needed. So, can WE bump ahead of time? Yep, we've done it. We just wish they'd still have the same power in regard to upgrades that they had a few years back ... we'd be up front every time.
