You are right that there are lots of other trip reports in the UA forum. Those also belong in Trip Reports, but I'm not going to go into each thread and post the request.

Just because there are other trip reports now in the UA forum doesn't mean all future UA trip reports must be in the UA forum.

You can post in Trip Reports and then put a topic in the UA forum and provide a link to the Trip Reports topic. That way, UA readers can follow the link to your trip report, and other FT'ers who don't read the UA forum can also enjoy reading your trip report.

I enjoyed your trip report. The UAX agents new to LAX may not know how to do complicated things, but at least they're pleasant. Hopefully the pleasantness won't subside when they figure out how to do the complicated stuff that we could probably do ourselves.
