Thanks, I go there at least 10-12x / yr but to the south (Overland Park).

I've been through just about every Marriott property there and pretty much dispise them, especially the CY's. The FS is ok but just keeps jacking their rates constantly, even with my great Corporate Discount.

Sprint, nearby conventions and just tremendous building/growth seem to keep occupancy rates up here. Last week, the FS was $199 - I briefly considered the Country Club Plaza Marriott at $125 (a suffered a drive in) but settled for the SHS at $129.
