Maybe so based upon the 'preious Air India,' but I'd suggest ou take a look at that A.net report. The economy cabin matches 9Ws in standard (haven't seen COs, but I'm guessing it's pretty similar). They've really bought the inteiors up to standard. AVOD, thin seats, low loads...uou could get 3 seats across on Air India & sleep most of the way. I would choose 9W or Air India if you can stomach a non-stop. If you hate EWR so much then discount Continental.
