Nope.

The flight loads can easily change right up until moment of departure, why would they offer you a refund, when they are already banking on being able to accomodate all the pax they sold tickets to, by misconnects, IROPS, or pax choosing to go standby on an earlier flight.

If you want a chance at a bump, you'd best be at the gate.
