From what I can tell, you are correct that "O" earns 100% EQM. However, I need 100% EQP -- which is what I seem to have received, but I'm afraid they will change it to 50%, which from what I can tell is what I was supposed to have earned.

And yes, I'm relying on points, not miles. I have approximately 42k miles but (as of now) about 52k points, thanks to a long-haul premium cabin flight at 150% EQPs.
