They exist, but are a joke.
And, when you're not the 3rd person on the plane and sitting in row 1-5, its all already jam packed with everyone else's stuff.
Also, you'll have the under seat space that should fit anything like that--my laptop case fit down there, and i also had a camera, 4 lenses, and some various accessories for that stuff.
