This is incorrect. "O" fares earn 100% EQM within North America, Central America and the Caribbean. The OP should receive 100% credit for the miles flown. You are correct that the use of stickers doesn't matter, except as a handy guide: anywhere stickers can be used, "O" fares earn miles.
