A little note about the new booking engine -- when you use the E-Cert, a little Promotion Calendar icon appears on the Search Results page. When you click it, and wait for it to load, you get a color-coded calendar that is supposed to show when the discounted fare is and is not available, or when it does not apply. Unfortunately, everything is grey -- does not apply. Despite the fact that it gave me the discount. I guess they haven't actually implemented it yet.

I tried a domestic itinerary, and the Promotion Calender worked properly with that. So it seems they're at least halfway there.
And the discount for the domestic itinerary comes to exactly 10% off the base fare, so I guess it doesn't have any fuel surcharge. A better deal.
