Well, there have been a few leaks on here from BA staff and those sufficiently well connected that they can be considered reliable that have suggested the main focus of "New First" will be ground services. That would point towards a rollout beginning with the opening of T5......
I think you are mis-informed.
My opinion is that you will see an entirely new product which is an evolution rather than a revolution (in the same was as the new club product evolved the old one). Every area is likely to be up for improvement and, while ground handling is important, the on-board product is considered equally important, if not more so.
