Has anyone had any luck trying to use this coupon with a bump ECV?

My complicated itin prices, does everything it's supposed to, then at the very last step, it says, sorry, there's a problem - call cust serv. I was on hold with internet support (because the Plat line told me that this coupon must be used online) for 1 hour and 3 minutes while an agent was working on it - - then cut off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: Another 1 hour and 2 min on the phone - - 2nd internet support agent says that he doesn't see any reason why the e-cert and ecv won't work together but my reservation has to go through the int'l dept. He ASSURES me that all of my info will be forwarded to the int'l dept. Agent comes on the phone - - says he know nothing about the e-cert and it must be used online and now I'm being transfered BACK to internet support!!!!! Two hours on the phone - and STILL NOTHING ACOMPLISHED!!
