In the bottom right corner of the "Flight Search" page, under E-Cert # I am entering my WorldPerks number, and under Reference Code I am entering the PK246 ( also tried PK247 ).

But no matter what city pairs or dates I search I get the message "The reference code or E-Cert certificate number does not appear to be valid".

Any idea what I am doing wrong ?
