I was just there in October for the NC State v ECU game. State team stayed there and due to the rivalry, you can imagine that it was pretty full or maybe even sold out.

As a Diamond, I got nothing. No upgrade, a ground floor room, no bottled water, no cheese platter as SCPigskinPrep mentioned.

The food in the restaurant was excellent but service was extremely slow; in fact, they actually forgot to place the order and it turned out they only brought me half of what I ordered anyway. I don't really hold it against them though because it was crazy busy after the game. And now that you mention it, I do recall the 2500 point offer for dinner and I ate there and did not receive the points. Hmf. Perhaps I'll call them.

The Hilton seems to be refurbished nicely but they do need an executive lounge. I would stay again but it's basically the only game in town.
