As a Michigan member I received the PK247 e-mail. If I try to book out of Toledo with PK246 and my WP# I get:

The Reference Code or E-Cert certificate number does not appear to be valid. Please verify your certificate number and the terms and conditions of the certificate.

I guess we can only got to Europe/Asia here in MI and MN.
