Being an old building is a plus, if the building had undergone a major refurbishment and propose a good service and all the modern technology (like IC Amstel Amsterdam , IC Le Grand Paris, IC Chicago, and to some extent IC Mark Hopkins San Francisco and IC the Willard)

The Barclays definitely does not reach IC standards (furniture too old to be new, too new to be old, 70’s TV set, 80’s Fitness Centre, very small business centre, no lounge, no pool, pretty average restaurant, no specific atmosphere)

CP is a huge hotel, so do no expect dedicated service. But location is excellent, view is superb, executive rooms are nicely appointed.
