I agree with removing the cart. For some reason CX promotes the cart as being more luxurious, but I think it's cheaper. When was the last time you were in a five star restaurant and they brought your plates out on a cart?

But I know it's harder for them to serve drinks without a cart. On VS in upper class, they have a "milk bottle" style carrier to bring the wine bottles to you by hand.
