Intercontinental lounges available for guests staying in so called club rooms. Usually RA members don't get access there for free but there're some exceptions, e.g. Le Grand in Paris and IC Istanbul.

As for breakfasts, most of the time they are included in special rates (Luxury Weekends or Best Flexible with Breakfast) and don't depend on any room type. Again, usually hotels are very strict with them and don't provide breakfasts if you didn't pay for them in the first place.
