I am taking a UA Express flight next week from IAD that is scheduled to depart at 0620 (am). Can anyone tell me a) what time I need to get to the airport b) what time the UA ticket counters open and C) what time the shuttle buses from the long term parking lots start running (hate to get there at 0430 and find everything closed).
