SO ... can anyone tell me what the F "meal" is on Hawaii flights from/to SF? We're leaving for Kona on Sunday. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.
Be careful - as of my December 5 dinner flight home from OGG to SFO, the appetizer was a roasted bell pepper, pineapple and cherry tomato with a dipping sauce. I've also noticed bell peppers mixed in with the rice included with the entree.

I suggest you ask the crew to inspect the meal for you while as soon as they get the galley so that you could reserve a BOB meal as an alternative.

Aloha.
