its the most expensive hotel/resort in the world, in terms of entry price.

its priced high to keep non-casino bookings low, like the palms fantasy suites, except those are priced even higher with much less value.

all the villas have technology like skylofts, plus indoor heated pools, fine art, kitchen/pantry, and are considerably larger. 1BR is 2400ft2 vs 1400ft2 @ skylofts. 4BR is 17,000ft2, currently tied for largest in the world.

booking through plat/cent villas certainly gets you a lot of value added.

29 villas makes it the smallest self-contained luxury property in vegas, with 424 room FS next. perhaps a wynn encore tower will beat the FS.

other than paiza @ palazzo, i do not believe any of the casino controlled areas of other vegas properties have much in the way of "public" spaces. (comparable to skylofts, at least it has a spa) IIRC the mansion has 7 such spaces.

while it does allow some tours (like skylofts guests) it doesnt allow visitors. no other property appears to be as strict, except the point, which is more strict, suggesting they do never do tours.

US hotels >
$5000 mansion
$1200 casa casuarina

US all-inclusive resorts >
$1450 winvian
$1350 the point
$1100 twin farms

AFAIK the only international properties that break $3K are >
$4500 north island
$3500 fregate island
